Chicken Hara masala stew recipe


Ingredients 

 

1. Chicken bone lace             1 kg  

2. Green coriander         5 tablespoon  

3. Onion                            3 number 

4.  garlic paste                  2 teaspoons 

5. Vinegar                     2 tablespoons 

6. Cumin                             1 tea  

7. Honey                             2 tablespoons                             
 8. Salt                               Half teaspoon 

9. Red chilli                   2 teaspoon                              
10. tomatoes               3 chopped 

11. Green Chilli          3 digits                             
12. Vinegar Green Chilli  3 digits 

13. Turmeric               Half teaspoon  

Method                                              

1. Put 1 kg of chicken bone lace into it and put two teaspoon of white white vinegar and one teaspoon of chopped black papper for 30 minutes  

2. Heat four tablespoon of oil and add two chopped onions in it  
3. When the onions is soft add two teaspoon chopped garlic one teaspoon coriander half teaspoon salt four tablespoon green chillies and 2 tablespoon chopped tomatoes and fry on high flame. 
4. Add the chicken to it and cover it when the chicken is melted cut four teaspoon of green chillies  
5. Add two teaspoon of honey and Clove the stove delicious chicken Hara masala is ready.
