Aloo gosht recipe
Ingredients
1. Meat 1 kg2. Potatoes half kg
3. Ginger paste 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
4. Salt to taste
5. Onion chopped 2 digits
6. Yogurt 1 cup
7. Red chilli 2 tablespoon
8. Coriander powder 1 tablespoons
9. White underground 1teaspoon
10. Turmeric powder half tablespoon
11. Hot spices 1tablespoon
12. Tomatoes 2 large
13. Chopped green chilli 3 pice
14. Green coriander chopped
15. Oil Half cup
2. Add half a cup of oil the spiced meat
3. Then put in the pan and cook on medium flame for 20 minutes
4. Add potatoes pour water and cook til potatoes
5. Sprinkle green chillies and coriander leaves cook the meat for 10 minutes on low flame and remove from stove.
