Achar gosht recipe
Ingredients
2. Cinnamon 1tablespoon

2. Heat the oil in a pan add onion tomato and garlic ginger boiled paste and fry by adding meat.
3. Add the yogurt to the meataas well as all the pickled spices.
4. Chopped red chillies steamed paper and green chillies and add a little bbit of garlic water to the meat which was prepared by drinking and squeezing a pan.

Method
1. Take another sliced chopped onion ginger garlic and tomato and boil then grind in a grinder.2. Heat the oil in a pan add onion tomato and garlic ginger boiled paste and fry by adding meat.
3. Add the yogurt to the meataas well as all the pickled spices.
4. Chopped red chillies steamed paper and green chillies and add a little bbit of garlic water to the meat which was prepared by drinking and squeezing a pan.
5. When the fry is separated from the spices cover it with a lid and let it cool cover the lid for a while.
6. When the meat is melted add finely chopped ginger and green spice and turn off the spices. Achar gosht is ready to serve.
