Halwa puri delicious recipe
Ingredients
1. semolina 1cup
2. Sugar 1 cup
3. Yellow color 1 pinch
4. Water 2 glass
5. Oil 4 tbsp
6. Cardamom 2 numbers
Ingredients for making puri
1. Flour 2 cup
2. Salt to taste
3. Oil 2 tbsp
4. Water 1 cup
Method
1. Put the flour in a bowl and mix it with salt and oil and knead with water and keep in the fridge.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add semolina and fry lightly browned. Now add water, sugar and yellow water, mix and put in it, add Cardamom and let the water dry.
3. Cook until done and turn off the stove. Now heat the pan. Take the flour and make puri and make delicious halwa puri is ready.
