Ingredients
1. Keema 1 kg2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons

Gravey ingredients
1. Onions 2 large size
2. Ginger paste 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic paste 2 tablespoons

7. Turmeric powder half teaspoon

Method
1. Heat the oil in a pan low flame for two minutes.2. And stir in the hot spices fry two mint add onion cook for low flama 5 minutes
3. Combine all the gravy spices. In the yogurt and fry it for a while until oil starts to appear separately pour a cup. Of water
4. Bring to a boil and add koftay. Cook till the water is dry with out covering the pan.
5. When the water is dry add a cup of water again.
6. Sprinkle green coriander and green chillies and cover for five minutes on a low flame delivery Nargisi koftay is ready to serve
