Hyderabadi korma
Ingredients
1. Meat 1 kg2. Onion 2 large size
3. Yogurt 1 cup
4. Tomatoes 2 large size
5. Peanuts roasted 1tablespoon
6. Cayenne powder 2 tbsp
7. Coriander Powder 2 tablespoons
8. Turmeric powder half teaspoon
9. Salt to taste
11. Oil 1cup
12. Gingergarlic paste 2 tablespoons
13. Lemon juice 4 tablespoon
14. Hot spice powder 1 tablespoon
Method
1. Cut onion and fry in oil then add meat2. Ginger garlic Cayenne papper coriandertturmeric salt and fry it
3. Then add yogurt peanut oil and fry
4. Then add the hot spices and lemon juice on the tail after 10 minutes remove from the dish ready to serve.
