pancakes
Ingredients
1. White flour 100 grams
2. eggs 2number
3. lukewarm milk 300 ml
4. A pinch of salt

Method
1. 100 grams of flour in a bowl Add a pinch of salt
2. Now put two broken eggs in it. Add 300 ml lukewarm milk and 3 tbsp oil then start stirring.
3. Slowly mix the flour into the eggs, milk and oil. Once all the flour is added, mix until it becomes smooth. When it becomes a thick paste. If the mixture is hard, add a little more milk.
4. Add a little more milk and stir to loosen the thick batter. And mix, add the rest of the milk. Keep stirring and stirring. Make a smooth paste of this mixture.
5. Heat a pan over low heat, then add a little oil Put some batter in the pan, shake the pan to move the mixture for a thin layer. Put the pan on the stove.
6. Cook for about 30 seconds. The pancake will turn golden from the bottom and will be ready to turn.
7. Hold the handle of the pan and shake it
Spoon and turn the pancakes
Then bake the pancakes for another 30 seconds before reaching the plate.
8. Put the rest of the mixture in the pan in the same way and make pancakes.
Serve hot.
You can wrap the pancakes in cling film and freeze them for 1 month or make them a day later and eat them with tea.
