Smoky chicken recipe
Ingredients
1. Chicken Leg Pieces 3 Pieces
2. Yogurt 4 tablespoons
3. Mustard paste 3 tablespoons
4. Vinegar 1 tbsp
5. soy sauce 2 tablespoons
6. Oregano half teaspoon
7. Thyme half teaspoon
8. Paprika powder 1 tbsp
9. Chicken powder 1 tbsp
10. Salt to taste
11. Red chilli 1 tbsp
12. White pepper 1 tbsp
13. oil 5 tablespoons
Method
1. Put the chicken in a bowl and add yogurt, mustard paste, vinegar, soy sauce, Oregano, thyme, paprika powder, chicken Powder, salt, red pepper, white pepper, and two tablespoons oil and marinate for four hours.
2. and then put three tablespoons of oil in a pan and heat Put the chicken in it and fry it on low heat. When the chicken is cooked, add a quart of oil to it and give it a smoke. Serve the hot and delicious smoky with chicken ketchup and mayonnaise.
