Ingredients for making khoya 


1.  milk powder                 1 cup

2. Fresh milk.                     Half a cup

3.  oil                                  2 tablespoons

  

Ingredients for making gulab Jamun Doo

1. Flour.                               4 tbsp

2. Baking powder             1 pinch


3.  cardamom powder    1/4 tbsp

4. Milk                                 4 tbsp

Ingredients for making sweet sauce

1. Sugar                        2 cups

2. Water                        1 glass

 

Method

How to make khoya

1. Put two tablespoons of oil in a pan

 Heat it.

2.  Add half a cup of milk and stir with a spoon. 

3. Add milk powder. Stir with a spoon and cook on low flame for ten minutes. 

4. Take it out in a plate and let it cool down.

5. Now add four tablespoons of flour in khoya and mix well with baking powder and cardamom powder. 

6. Then add four teaspoons of fresh milk and mix well. 

7.  To make sweet sauce, put two cups of sugar in a glass of water in a pan and mix well. 

8. Let it cook on a low flame. Now make round gulab jamun

9. Heat oil in a pan. Add gulab jamun and fry in it. When they turn brown, take them out and put them in sweet sauce. 

10. Put them for two hours. Then take them out on a plate. gulab jamun are ready.
