Egg fried rice
Ingredients
1.chicken strip 250gm
2.boiled rice soaked with salt
3.Carrot 1/2 cup
4. Capsicum 1/2 cup
5 Cabbage. 3/4 cup
6. Eggs. 3 digits
7. Garlic 1 tbsp
8. Sugar 1/2 tablespoon
9. Salt. to taste
11. chicken powder 1 tablespoon
12. Black papper powder 1 tablespoon
13. White pepper powder 1 tablespoon
14. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
15. Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
16. Green onion 1/2 cup
17. Oil 4 tablespoon
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan and add salt to the eggs, beat the eggs and mix in the pan. When the eggs are cooked, take them out in the plate.
2. Now put two tablespoons of oil in the pan and add garlic. Now put chicken in it and fry for five minutes. Now add capsicum and carrot and fry for two to three minutes.
3. Now add cabbage, sugar, salt, chicken powder, mix well and add rice and Mix again. Now add black pepper, white pepper, vinegar, soy sauce and mix well.
4. Now add egg green onion and mix well for two minutes and now take it out in the plate. Delicious Egg Fried Rice is ready
