Chicken biryani recipe



Ingredients 


 1. rice                                             1kg

2. Chicken                                      1kg

3. Potatoes                                    2 large size

4. Onion.                                       2 large size

5. Ginger Garlic                           2 tbsp

6. Tomatoes                                 2 large size

8. Green chilli.                            4 chopped

9. Yogurt                                      1/2 cup

10. Salt                                       to taste

11. Biryani spices.                  1 packet

12. Read chilli.                        1 tbsp

13. lemon.                                3 digits

14. tamarind.                          2 tbsp

15. Oil                                       1/2 cup

16. Water.                                 2 glasses


Method

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and fry. When onion turns brown, add ginger garlic paste and fry for one or two minutes.

2. Now add chicken and cook for ten minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, red chilli, biryani spices and fry well for five minutes. 

3. Now add yoghurt, tamarind, lemon and potato. Put it away and turn off the stove. Wash the rice thoroughly and boil it with salt. 

4. Cook the rice until the rice is half cooked. Then pour the water. Now put the rice in the pan. Then the chicken gravy. Then add the rice and the chicken gravy. 

5. Put it on a light inch. For ten to fifteen minutes. Delicious chicken biryani is ready
